Using the site
You may browse the site and download its free resources for your own business use. Don’t misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at a scale that degrades service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Articles, checklists, calculators, and other content on the site are for general information only. They aren’t legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and they don’t create a client relationship. The site’s content, design, and trademarks belong to Pineapples or its licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back.
AI chat assistant
The chat assistant uses an AI model and can make mistakes. Treat its answers as a starting point, not professional advice, and verify anything important with us directly. Don’t enter confidential or sensitive information. How we handle chat messages is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services and links
The site links to and uses third-party services, such as Calendly for scheduling. Their own terms and policies apply, and we aren’t responsible for them.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pineapples isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
